Promotion for the eighth grade class of 2016 will be held on Wednesday, June 8. Their schedule is as follows:
9:00-10:00 am: Promotion Breakfast. This is a special catered breakfast for the students and their Advisory Teachers courtesy of PTN.
10:00-11:00 am: Promotion Practice in Omega.
2:00-3:00 pm: Final promotion practice at Hogan Auditorium at Hogan Middle School. All students should be in final dress and make up. Teacher advisors will be in attendance as well.
4:00-5:30 pm: Promotion Ceremony at Hogan Auditorium.
General Information and Reminders:
Students will come home from school Tuesday, June 7 with their 5 tickets for preferred seating. These tickets are good for preferential seating between 3:00 – 3:45 on Wednesday the 8th; at 3:45 the doors will be opened for general admission.
Please make every effort to have your student attend the breakfast and practices on time.
Hogan Auditorium is located at 850 Rosewood Ave. Vallejo, 94591. Allow plenty of time to park and be at ceremony on time. We have a record number of promoting students so expect parking to fill up early.
Students are expected to be dressed up as they were for Portfolio Day.
