Parent/Teacher Network (PTN)

The Parent-Teacher Network is MIT Academy´s parent organization that provides support for student activities. The network is led by the PTN Council, a group made up of a representative parent from each grade level. Students may request funding from this group for special projects. Every family belongs to the PTN.

Meetings occur on the third Tuesday of every month, beginning at 6:00pm. Parents and guardians are invited to "Drop-in & Chat" with a Board member and the Director at the beginning of each meeting. In this informal setting, parents can ask questions, get information, and make recommendations. At 6:30pm, the formal PTN meeting and activities for the evening will begin.

For the 2012-2013 school year, the first meeting will be held on October 4th @ 5:00pm-6:30pm, due to the PIQU meeting scheduled at 6:30pm.
